    Best avocado toast I've ever had! I love this restaurant and I have been enjoying their menu frequently and losing weight which is a total bonus! I've been trying to lose weight and their options are so healthy and filling without being boring. I also like to mix their flavored white sushi rice with their honey brussels sprouts .. And the tomato tomato soup is the best I've ever had. Such great flavor... Special recognition for Kolten, who was very pleasant to work with and great energy. And the manager named Caleb is also fantastic. They really make sure that you have a great experience. Love this place! Highly recommend... As far as the lemonades go... I like to mix the elderflower lavender with mint/cucumber. Yum!

    I was looking for a nice lunch while in town and Lemonade turned out to be PERFECT! My sandwich was FANTASTIC- and this is coming form someone who does not eat them (not event PB&J)! That curry cauliflower sandwich was soooooooooooooo GOOD! And the brussels were a great compliment. I even poured some of the brussels sprouts sauce onto my sandwich for a little dazzle dazzle. The cookie was ok. Definitely not on the same level as the sandwich and brussels sprouts. I wanted to try some lemonade but upon my arrival, the gentleman was kind enough to tell me that it wasn't fresh anymore and would not do it justice. I really appreciated his honesty about that. I came close to closing and the space was clean so I was very happy to see that. I imagine that they are busier during the lunch hour. I could not wait to tell others to try this spot on a trip to SD!

    Lunch at Lemonade!! I like that this Hillcrest location is central San Diego so whether it's on the way south or your are coming from south and go to north, it's still pretty easy to find and get to. It's next to Snooze AM Eatery the brunch place that gets pretty packed on the weekends. I was in the area and stopped by for lunch. Got the ahi tuna poke bowl as stated per their menu and added the blood orange hibiscus lemonade since I saw it was being freshly refilled. I may have overdone myself because this was a lot of food to be eating around 11am but I got the s'mores dessert brownie and it was thiccc!! Very densely sweet. The lemonade was pretty concentrated too so I truly felt like I got my money's worth with this $30 meal. Overall, it was nice to dine in for a change and should I find myself in the area again, I would come back here! Great dining experience!

    Was in the mood for a somewhat healthy, yet fulfilling and tasty lunch. I did forget all about Lemonade and their delicious Truffle Mac! It was all I ever ordered when I used to come here. This visit I just placed an online order to pick up and did the 3 Side Combo Plate. On the plate I of course I had to get that truffle Mac and cheese, but I also chose the Avocado Cherry Tomatoes and Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Dates and Parmesan. They have some interesting fusion creations on the menu which I steered away from. All the sides were well seasoned and the Mac was as warm and delicious as I remember. I'd reconsider coming here for a quick and healthy lunch idea but I do have to be craving it. Overall, it's a solid pick in the Hillcrest Area for something light!
